Salary: $77.88 – $86.54 per hour + Equity

What you will do
- Partner with the VP of Global Ad Solutions to build and scale the organization's first advertising business.
- Manage a dynamic executive calendar, balancing internal priorities, customer engagements, and high-visibility industry events.
- Coordinate workstreams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and GTM partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Optimize operational processes and proactively flag risks to increase the efficiency of leadership.
- Operate with high discretion and independence, handling sensitive information with care.
Requirements
- 6-14 years of experience in an executive support role.
- Experience supporting leaders of complex, highly cross-functional teams.
- Background working with customer-facing teams (Sales or Marketing) in a high-growth startup or similar environment.
- Mastery of project-based tools and modern productivity software including Slack and Google Workspace.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, from executives to customers.
