TL;DR

Salary: $77.88 – $86.54 per hour + Equity

What you will do

  • Partner with the VP of Global Ad Solutions to build and scale the organization's first advertising business.
  • Manage a dynamic executive calendar, balancing internal priorities, customer engagements, and high-visibility industry events.
  • Coordinate workstreams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and GTM partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Optimize operational processes and proactively flag risks to increase the efficiency of leadership.
  • Operate with high discretion and independence, handling sensitive information with care.

Requirements

  • 6-14 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Experience supporting leaders of complex, highly cross-functional teams.
  • Background working with customer-facing teams (Sales or Marketing) in a high-growth startup or similar environment.
  • Mastery of project-based tools and modern productivity software including Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, from executives to customers.
