Procurement Implementation Specialist (Fintech): Designing, configuring, and launching hirify.global's procurement product for upper Mid-Market accounts with an accent on procure-to-pay workflows and change management. Focus on redesigning buying processes, partnering with CFOs, and providing critical product feedback to Engineering teams.

Location: Hybrid (New York, NY or San Francisco, CA) or Remote (US only). Relocation support available to NYC or SF.

Salary: $138k – $210k OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Lead procurement implementation for upper Mid-Market accounts from contract close through go-live.
• Design future-state procurement workflows in collaboration with CFOs, Finance Ops, and IT stakeholders.
• Manage Bill Pay activation when bundled with procurement deals.
• Deliver structured product feedback to Engineering and Product teams to drive platform improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers on configuration and expansion queries.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, including PO creation, approval routing, and ERP sync.
• Proven experience managing structured discovery and high-stakes calls with CFOs and Controllers.
• Ability to independently manage 50–60 active implementations per quarter.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience at a procurement software company (e.g., Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua).
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks and their integration patterns.
• Professional consulting background with a focus on structured discovery and requirement gathering.
