Implementation Engineer (Fintech)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for full-time employment.

What you will do

• Configure hirify.global Digital Banking products, platform functionality, and third-party integrations for client implementations.
• Manage assigned technical implementation tasks, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across concurrent engagements.
• Troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, and interface issues by analyzing system behavior, logs, and technical documentation.
• Execute implementation testing and validation, document results, and confirm configurations meet client and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, product, support, engineering, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve risks and implementation issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and support post-go-live stabilization, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementations, technical consulting, systems configuration, or client onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Experience configuring software platforms and supporting technical implementation projects.
• Experience with relational databases, including Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the US is required; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data exchange processes.
• Proficiency with C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with project management, ticketing, or documentation platforms.
• Exposure to SaaS implementation methodologies and customer onboarding processes.
