Senior Technical Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage customer implementations and projects, including AI-enabled solution deployments.
• Conduct discovery of customer CRM usage and translate requirements into hirify.global integration functionality.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on hirify.global technologies and AI features for internal and external stakeholders.
• Explore client processes and design complex configurations and integration solutions.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled workflows and help customers operationalize AI for measurable business value.
• Collaborate with project teams and client technical experts to create configuration testing plans and complete implementations.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in SaaS consulting, including at least 2 years in a technical or support role.
• Strong ability to learn technologies quickly and create technical testing and troubleshooting approaches.
• Experience advising enterprise customers, discovering solution requirements, assessing feasibility, and proposing alternatives.
• Ability to solve complex integration problems and communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with client contacts at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Expert knowledge of APIs, CRM integration, security, privacy, and integrations.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies.
• CRM or SaaS platform administrator certification, such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
• Expertise with a sales engagement platform.
• Experience working with Product or Engineering teams to improve product capabilities.
