Salary: €92,050 - €98,000

What you will do

• Lead technical validation for Engineering and product development opportunities in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Map product development workflows, including sprint planning and ticket management, to Command by Asana.
• Design practical solutions and business value narratives tailored for Engineering leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Advise on solution architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies.
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Sales leadership to inform the GTM strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep understanding of Engineering and product development personas and their operational pain points.
• Knowledge of AI coding agents, API/MCP, data structures, and automation.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering workshops and demos for both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools in Project & Issue Management, Agile Planning, IDE, or CI/CD categories.
• Background in supporting migration conversations from legacy enterprise software.
