TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-person)
Salary: OTE £65,000 – £85,000 + £25,000 Equity

What you will do
- Build top-of-funnel pipeline in new markets through multi-channel outbound sequences and strategic account ownership.
- Support experienced Account Executives in enterprise sales cycles, assisting with RFPs and proposals.
- Coordinate and host C-suite events, such as dinners and CFO leadership series, to build senior buyer relationships.
- Manage a dedicated territory to drive real revenue growth from scratch.
- Progress through a structured launchpad program to graduate into a full closing role with a dedicated quota.
Requirements
- Commercially sharp mindset with a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
- Highly competitive nature and a willingness to handle the essential grunt work of sales.
- Strong charisma and the ability to build trust quickly with C-level executives (CFOs).
- Comfort with ambiguity and a drive for rapid professional progression.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
Nice to have
- Competitive background (sports or other high-achievement areas).
- Experience in banking, consulting, VC, or high-growth startup environments.
- Previous closing experience.
