Salary: $107,100 - $133,800 USD

is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and Tavily, a specialized search engine designed to power RAG and real-time reasoning for AI agents.
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance for API and enterprise contracts.
- Partner with Account Executives to structure complex deals, advising on pricing, discounts, and payment terms.
- Administer and optimize the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, SFDC migration, and CPQ tool implementation.
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance to resolve non-standard contract terms.
- Identify and remove friction points in the sales cycle by building approval workflows and standardizing templates.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or RevOps at a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, usage-based contracts, and revenue recognition (ASC 606/US GAAP).
- Experience with contract management and e-signature tools such as DocuSign or IronClad.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with API or consumption-based billing models.
- Background in building RevOps functions at Series A/B stage startups.
