Kombo is looking for a People Operations Partner to build and scale its People Operations function during a period of rapid growth. This is a hands-on role with ownership across the employee lifecycle, HR operations, office experience, and process improvement at one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS startups.

What you’ll be doing:
— Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance across Germany and the US
— Partner with employees and managers on day-to-day People Operations and HR processes
— Build and improve HR workflows, documentation, policies, and operational processes
— Drive automation and AI adoption to improve efficiency and scalability
— Manage office operations, employee experience, company events, and off-sites
— Support culture-building initiatives and internal engagement as the company scales

What they’re looking for:
— 3–6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
— Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup or tech company
— Strong knowledge of German employment law (US employment practices are a plus)
— Fluent German and English
— Process-oriented mindset with experience building HR operations from scratch
— High ownership, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving systems
— Comfortable using AI and automation in day-to-day work
