TL;DR

Senior Manager FP&A (Finance): Leading FP&A business partnerships and driving strategic finance initiatives with an accent on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Focus on building complex financial models, optimizing profitability, and providing fiscal insights to C-suite stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office); implied location in Montreal, Canada (Quebec)

What you will do

  • Act as a finance business partner for VPs and C-level stakeholders to drive strategic plans.
  • Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks to support organizational decision-making.
  • Manage the P&L by analyzing financial results and driving cost optimization efforts.
  • Prepare and present strategic financial deliverables to the C-suite and external advisors.
  • Develop and implement financial policies to improve the accuracy of forecasting and planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to anticipate and plan for changes in revenue generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting P&L results.
  • Proven track record as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership and managing teams.
  • English: Fluency required (C1) for interaction with global management.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in consulting or within an accounting firm.
