TL;DR

Specialist, Total Rewards (HR): Managing the development and implementation of reward philosophy and strategy for global brands with an accent on pay review cycles and data-driven insights. Focus on streamlining rewards workflows using AI and automation while ensuring regional compliance and EVP optimization.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (work from home two days a week)

What you will do

  • Support the development and implementation of the group's Reward philosophy and strategy across various brands.
  • Align regional and global TR strategy with people partners, talent acquisition teams, and business leaders.
  • Drive Total Rewards processes and execute seamless pay review cycles using Workday.
  • Provide comprehensive data insights to assist leadership in making informed people decisions.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and global People networks to ensure compliance and consistency across entities.
  • Optimize the regional benefits strategy to enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and leverage AI for workflow automation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Total Rewards within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and data analysis skills (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Expert-level English communication skills, specifically for training and explaining rewards to employees.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
