What you will do

• Define and implement global standards for workplace and employee experience across all offices and events.
• Lead office improvement and new hub development from initial brief to final handover.
• Manage the global vendor and facilities framework and its local implementation.
• Develop recognition architectures and a global events platform for company-wide moments and offsites.
• Lead, grow, and set the strategic direction for the workplace team.
• Define and implement the company's approach to AI transformation within onboarding and physical spaces.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Workplace, Employee Experience, or similar leadership roles with global ownership.
• Proven track record of managing landlords, vendors, and construction for office projects.
• Experience building global event platforms and adopted recognition programs.
• Commercial accountability including budget ownership and lease negotiations.
• Readiness to travel regularly.
• Strong perspective on how AI transformation affects the workplace domain.
