What you will do

  • Lead the redesign of cross-functional HR processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Own and maintain end-to-end process maps, documentation, and service design decisions across various delivery channels.
  • Optimize knowledge management effectiveness by leveraging data insights and user feedback.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and lead UAT execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Define and track KPIs including SLA, cycle time, quality, and deflection rates to drive measurable improvements.
  • Lead the rollout of new processes and develop training materials to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR operations or transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of enterprise-level process transformation and governance.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong end-to-end process redesign skills with a systems thinking mindset.
  • Advanced data analysis skills and experience designing and tracking KPIs.
  • Experience leading change management efforts and stakeholder alignment across multiple functions.
