What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless execution and access to resources.
• Handle daily HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records, system updates, and sick leave tracking.
• Administer changes to salary, promotions, bonuses, and provide support for new benefits packages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure all employee files are compliant and up to date.
• Research operational flaws and propose improvements to HR processes and coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and database management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spanish Social Security and Spanish Tax regulations.
• Proficiency in the Spanish language.
