What you will do

• Act as the single point of contact for all people matters in the Spain hub for employees and managers.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Coordinate settling-in support and relocation for international hires, partnering with external providers.
• Oversee the day-to-day Barcelona office operations, including facilities, vendors, and local events.
• Build AI-native operations by automating employee queries and document generation workflows.
• Execute global standards for payroll, compliance, and rewards in coordination with global domain leads.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, with strong hands-on expertise in the Spanish market.
• Must be based in Spain or have the legal right to work there.
• Proven experience coordinating international relocations and handling sensitive terminations.
• Experience managing office operations and workplace events in an international environment.
• Fluent Spanish and strong professional English proficiency.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and an AI-native mindset toward process automation.
