What you will do
- Conduct deep talent mapping across global HFT ecosystems, competitors, and specialized talent pools.
- Identify, engage, and attract executive-level Quants, Traders, Researchers, and Developers.
- Lead full-cycle hiring for niche and highly competitive roles, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Build long-term pipelines of passive candidates using personalized outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to define search strategies and share market insights, industry knowledge, and networking practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on recruiting experience in HFT companies is mandatory.
- Strong experience with deep talent mapping across HFT competitors.
- Working proficiency in English.
- Clear understanding of the HFT talent landscape and the ability to identify top-tier talent globally.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and persuasion skills.
- High level of ownership and independence.
Nice to have
- Existing network within HFT and quant communities.
- Experience hiring globally across the US, Europe, and Asia.
