What you will do
- Build and grow partnerships with universities, business schools, and student networks.
- Develop a campus recruiting program for Dutch-market positions.
- Support direct sourcing for open roles using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Source, screen, and coordinate internship hires across European offices.
- Plan and support school events, internship strategies, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Collaborate on onboarding, employer branding, and other People team initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently studying HR, Communication, Business, or a related field; a university internship agreement is required.
- Initial experience in recruitment operations support, sourcing, coordination, or school partnerships.
- Experience with an ATS; LinkedIn Recruiter experience is beneficial.
- Native-level Dutch and full professional fluency in English required.
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup and external relationship-building.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
