Main responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting candidates for job openings using various sources (job search websites, social media, databases, etc.)
- Conducting initial interviews and screening candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements
- Supporting and advising candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process
Key Requirements:
- Successful work experience in this role or in an HR department (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Russian
- Work permit for Cyprus
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to plan your work
- Sense of responsibility
Working Conditions:
- Workweek: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Office in downtown Limassol
- Friendly, professional team
- We cover mobile phone expenses
- Work at an international company
