TL;DR
Recruiter (Gamedev): Building and scaling the full-cycle hiring function for a product team developing a global 4X strategy game with an accent on passive sourcing, hard-to-find talent, and structured assessment processes. Focus on finding and engaging candidates across technology and game development roles, negotiating offers, benchmarking compensation, and using hiring data to improve recruiting decisions.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus; on-site. Full relocation package available, including visa sponsorship, flights, and logistics.
Salary: €5,000–6,000 net/month plus a 13th salary and a €4,000 bonus after probation.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, product analysts, project managers, and product managers.
- Source and engage passive candidates through Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and Habr.
- Develop interview processes and assessment approaches for different product roles.
- Negotiate offers and train hiring managers.
- Benchmark compensation against the market and report hiring data to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or in executive search.
- Experience hiring competitive, hard-to-find profiles in technology, gamedev, executive search, or similar markets.
- Strong passive sourcing skills and the ability to source candidates at volume.
- Comfort working with recruiting data, tracking metrics, identifying patterns, and presenting findings.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
- Genuine interest in games.
