What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial qualification and discovery calls to RFP responses, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic business and territory plans to consistently exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
- Lead a virtual cross-functional team of presales, partner managers, deal desk, and customer success specialists to ensure sales wins.
- Position 's value proposition competitively against major players such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute tailored marketing plans through partners and end users.
- Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene, including accurate activity tracking and forecasting.
Requirements
- Must be based in Illinois, USA.
- Strong expertise in conducting discovery calls and analyzing prospect needs to qualify opportunities.
- Proven ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles and manage RFP processes.
- Experience leading virtual teams and coordinating resources to deliver customer success.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for reporting and pipeline management.
- Availability for business travel approximately 50% of the year.
