What you will do

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, staging, and shipping operations.
• Manage accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and FIFO adherence.
• Ensure full compliance with EH&S policies and DOT, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through performance reviews and cross-training.
• Implement 5S, Lean initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate recycling activities and manage P-Card purchases.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Watertown, Wisconsin
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• DOT and Forklift Certifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 lbs.
