What you will do

• Map complex creative processes and transform ambiguous briefs into structured workflows and documentation.
• Build and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and lightweight systems to streamline client handoffs and internal approvals.
• Utilize AI tools to automate documentation, data cleanup, and workflow mapping.
• Define clear ownership, status tracking, and definitions of done to ensure reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technical colleagues, to implement practical system improvements.
• Create SOPs and handover materials to facilitate easy adoption of new processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing workflows, operational projects, or systems optimization.
• Strong structured thinking skills to break down complex problems into inputs, outputs, and risks.
• Practical experience using AI to improve work efficiency and track success via KPIs.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, structured data, and documentation tools.
• High aptitude for no-code/low-code tools, specifically Airtable.
• Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative, content, or social media asset workflows.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Zapier.
