New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Colorado, United States. Travel of up to 10–25% to client sites or company locations may be required.

Salary: $108,000–$180,000 USD gross annual base pay.

What you will do

• Plan and initiate complex enterprise projects by defining charters, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, feasibility, and risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate project execution using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and Trello.
• Manage stakeholder communications, status meetings, executive briefings, scope changes, escalations, and conflicts.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Use LLM platforms and agentic AI tools to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate internal and external systems.
• Conduct post-project reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

• Remote work from Colorado, United States, with travel of up to 10–25% as needed.
• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience, preferably in IT, construction, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and proficiency with project management software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms, agentic AI tools, and next-generation AI agent frameworks such as Manus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders and budgets of $1M or more.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration or a similar discipline.
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or another relevant certification.
• Experience with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
