Creative Producer & Traffic Manager (Beauty)

Location: Holborn, London, United Kingdom. Full-time hybrid role with office attendance required two days per week, working 9:00–18:00.

Salary: £32,000–£38,000 per year.

What you will do

• Review, clarify, prioritise and allocate creative briefs with the Head of Creative.
• Maintain production calendars and capacity planning in Monday.com, tracking projects from brief to delivery.
• Manage approvals, proofing, sign-off, status meetings and stakeholder alignment across brand, creative, e-commerce and product teams.
• Write, adapt and proofread on-brand copy for e-commerce, CRM, social, paid, packaging, retail and trade channels.
• Coordinate product and lifestyle shoots, including samples, props, schedules, talent, crew and locations.
• Manage external suppliers and coordinate omnichannel asset delivery in the correct formats.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in creative production, traffic or project management, ideally with hands-on copywriting experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise across multiple projects and brands.
• Confident use of Monday.com or a similar project management tool, including boards, automations and reporting.
• Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English, with experience across e-commerce, CRM, social, packaging and trade.
• Understanding of creative workflows across digital, social and print, plus omnichannel beauty and personal care operations.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required; visa sponsorship may be required to be declared during the application process.

Nice to have

• Experience with translation or localisation.
• Experience working with external production teams or print suppliers.
• Background in beauty, personal care, wellness or another regulated FMCG category.
