What you will do

• Manage high-priority cross-functional projects with strategic regional implications.
• Monitor marketplace health at national and city levels to identify and act on improvement areas.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Ensure analytical rigor in reporting and internal operational processes.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and document best practices across local and global teams.

Requirements

• Experience in high-performance cultures (consulting, IB, or strategy/ops in high-growth tech).
• Strong problem-solving, data retrieval, analytics, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and global stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tooling for research and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards).
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like Looker.
• Knowledge of SQL.
