TL;DR

Senior Manager Advertising Operations (AdTech): Building the operating engine for hirify.global Food's advertising business across 16 markets with an accent on go-to-market execution, advertiser success, and data-driven decision making. Focus on scaling ad product launches, creating operational playbooks, and bridging the gap between local markets and HQ.

Location: Hybrid (London, United Kingdom) — at least 12 monthly in-office days required

What you will do

  • Lead product go-to-markets and testing initiatives, defining playbooks, launch plans, and adoption goals.
  • Shape the Ads & Monetisation strategy to balance growth, merchant success, and platform profitability.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights and business cases to guide commercial decisions.
  • Act as the main project manager and escalation point across commercial, product, and data teams.
  • Establish a systematic market feedback loop to prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Define KPI frameworks and requirements for BI reporting and AI tooling.

Requirements

  • Around 8 years of experience in RevOps, GTM, or Program/Project Management within AdTech, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of launching revenue-generating products across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and visualization.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders through data-driven recommendations.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.
