What you will do

• Support PMO operations including project set-ups, resource management, and document control.
• Coordinate KPI activities, billing, change controls, and status reports with Project Managers.
• Drive the practical adoption of AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency across the EMEA region.
• Analyze large datasets using Power BI to generate insights and track PMO actions.
• Manage Salesforce approval queues, pricing, and Statement of Work (SoW) requests.
• Act as a central communication link between EMEA departments (Sales, Marketing, CSE) and global PMO teams.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with (or a strong desire to learn) Power BI.
• Ability to practically apply AI tools to improve PMO efficiency and automate workflows.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, MS Planner, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of professional services project methodologies.
• Must be based in London or Birmingham, UK.
