What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to manage expectations and ensure smooth social content delivery.
• Own the end-to-end workflow from brief intake through to final delivery and approval.
• Coordinate across Strategy, Content, Design, and Data teams to align priorities and resolve blockers.
• Manage content adaptations and delivery across multiple international markets.
• Utilize Gen AI tools to improve planning, brief writing, and administrative efficiency.
• Track project-level production spend and handle financial administration, including POs and invoices.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (intermediate to fluent)
• Must be based in London for hybrid work
• Proven experience in account or project management within a fast-paced agency or studio environment.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Gen AI tools to build efficient, AI-assisted delivery workflows.
• Background working with consumer or FMCG brands.
