Salary: Base salary plus uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Build enterprise pipeline through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and account-based plays.
  • Research target accounts to identify and engage senior decision-makers.
  • Book qualified meetings and deliver high-quality opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and AEs to refine targeting strategies and pitches.
  • Meet and consistently exceed monthly quota targets.
  • Provide field feedback to help sharpen the product pitch and targeting.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales, BDR, SDR, or demand generation.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong active listening and questioning skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in MarTech or selling to marketing, insights, research, or analytics buyers.
  • Bachelor's degree.
