Salary: SEK 103,000–119,000 per month

What you will do
- Define and scale the PLG strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion.
- Drive registration growth and optimize unit economics, including CAC, LTV:CAC, and payback periods.
- Orchestrate GTM planning and engineer the data-driven PQA handover to Sales.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Growth organization comprising Growth Product, Experimentation, Lifecycle, and Product Marketing.
- Define and implement AI-native growth across experimentation, content, personalization, and analytics.
- Influence overall product roadmap, pricing, and multi-year strategy as a member of the Product Department Leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Growth or Product Marketing with significant PLG SaaS leadership experience.
- Track record of scaling PLG businesses through revenue inflection points.
- Experience balancing self-service PLG with sales-assisted motions.
- Deep expertise in experimentation methodology (A/B testing, holdouts) and unit economics.
- Strong founder mindset with the ability to decide with incomplete information and move quickly.
- Must be based in Stockholm.
