What you will do
- Lead the strategy for pricing, packaging, and monetization, including credit and usage models, and enterprise commitments.
- Develop billing as a product, focusing on metering accuracy, invoicing, and customer-facing usage visibility.
- Steward the accounts foundation, covering authentication, identity, roles, permissions, and account security.
- Build and lead a pricing and packaging experimentation program using product analytics and telemetry.
- Partner with Finance and senior executives (CEO/CFO) to balance customer value with business sustainability.
- Collaborate with engineering to set priorities and drive alignment on high-impact opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or usage-based products.
- Deep expertise in usage-based, credit-based, or subscription business models.
- Hands-on experience with billing platforms such as Stripe, Orb, Zuora, or Metronome.
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue impact through product strategy and execution.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience monetizing AI, agents, or inference (token/consumption models).
- Experience implementing international pricing and non-US payment methods.
