What you will do

  • Develop and execute a multi-year commercial strategy and scalable growth system for the Innovation team.
  • Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer archetypes, and market segmentation based on real evidence.
  • Design an end-to-end product-led growth (PLG) motion from initial awareness through activation, conversion, and expansion.
  • Build and manage an agentic AI tech stack to automate workflows and empower hyperscale growth.
  • Create and stress-test product positioning and messaging directly with real buyers.
  • Collaborate on critical pricing and packaging decisions based on buyer insights.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in GTM, growth, or commercial roles with a track record of building from scratch.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience owning free-to-paid or trial-to-paid conversion motions (PLG).
  • Deep fluency in agentic AI stacks (ability to stand up automated workflows beyond basic chat assistants).
  • Experience in startups or launching new products within larger organizations.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to align product, marketing, and leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare or health-tech industries.
  • Previous founding experience.
