What you will do
- Develop and execute a multi-year commercial strategy and scalable growth system for the Innovation team.
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buyer archetypes, and market segmentation based on real evidence.
- Design an end-to-end product-led growth (PLG) motion from initial awareness through activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Build and manage an agentic AI tech stack to automate workflows and empower hyperscale growth.
- Create and stress-test product positioning and messaging directly with real buyers.
- Collaborate on critical pricing and packaging decisions based on buyer insights.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in GTM, growth, or commercial roles with a track record of building from scratch.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience owning free-to-paid or trial-to-paid conversion motions (PLG).
- Deep fluency in agentic AI stacks (ability to stand up automated workflows beyond basic chat assistants).
- Experience in startups or launching new products within larger organizations.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to align product, marketing, and leadership.
