What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Search, Social, e-retail, and affiliate channels.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial briefing and objective setting to financial management and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate on strategic channel planning to identify innovative trends and opportunities that enhance client competitiveness.
• Act as a strategic point of contact for client service teams and clients, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
• Mentor and develop junior team members by sharing best practices and guiding their professional growth.
• Monitor campaign performance through rigorous data analysis to implement continuous optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementing digital paid media campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Solid knowledge of paid search and paid social platforms and their configurations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical capabilities and experience with web analytics platforms.
• Fluency in English.
