What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning, launch, and scaling of paid acquisition campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Develop media strategies and allocate budgets across products, countries, and audiences.
• Optimize campaigns toward revenue, CAC, and ROAS targets for mobile and desktop platforms.
• Execute a structured testing roadmap for audiences, bidding, creatives, and landing pages.
• Analyze conversion-funnel performance and translate data into actionable growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to develop market-specific strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of scaling performance marketing campaigns across mobile and desktop.
• Experience running global user acquisition campaigns in Tier-1 regions.
• Advanced knowledge of performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and attribution tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Tbilisi, or Belgrade.
