What you will do

• Monitor client relationships during key moments such as presentations, approvals, and strategic reviews.
• Manage day-to-day account operations, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and expectations.
• Oversee 360-degree campaigns from initial briefing through to final execution.
• Support budget management, billing processes, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead on planning and responding to client briefs.
• Participate in content production and shoots, acting as a liaison between clients and creative teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account or client management within an agency setting.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of the social media ecosystem including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Proven track record in managing 360-degree campaigns and content production.
• Experience with agency budget management and billing processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
