What you will do

• Manage the full control cycle, including AOP, monthly reporting, and forecasting.
• Monitor site financial results and collaborate with Operations leadership to identify improvement ideas.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls in accordance with approved policies and federal laws.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management comments, and weekly cash flow projections.
• Coordinate the execution of financial policies with regional and global headquarters.
• Work with outside service providers for auditing, tax, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (On-site role).
• 12+ years of professional experience in accounting and finance.
• 7+ years of experience specifically as a Controller.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Nice to have

• Experience in the warehouse, supply chain, or logistics industry.
• Master's degree or MBA.
