What you will do
- Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet management, and income statement accuracy for the site.
- Implement and maintain Sarbanes-Oxley controls and lead internal and external audit processes.
- Supervise the senior financial analyst and manage HR, performance, and development activities for the finance team.
- Lead monthly closing activities, annual business planning, and standard costing processes.
- Provide financial perspective to operations, interpreting data to support decision-making and productivity efforts.
- Manage a $90 million budget, including capital expenditures and inventory stocks.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA with technical/operations undergrad.
- Minimum of five years of cost controller experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Proven experience in people management and development within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial control processes.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SAP S4, SAP BW, PowerBI, and Onestream.
- Experience in strategic initiative implementation and long-range planning.
- Strong business partnering skills to influence site performance and gross margins.
