What you will do

• Oversee financial reporting, balance sheet management, and income statement accuracy for the site.
• Implement and maintain Sarbanes-Oxley controls and lead internal and external audit processes.
• Supervise the senior financial analyst and manage HR, performance, and development activities for the finance team.
• Lead monthly closing activities, annual business planning, and standard costing processes.
• Provide financial perspective to operations, interpreting data to support decision-making and productivity efforts.
• Manage a $90 million budget, including capital expenditures and inventory stocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA with technical/operations undergrad.
• Minimum of five years of cost controller experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proven experience in people management and development within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial control processes.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SAP S4, SAP BW, PowerBI, and Onestream.
• Experience in strategic initiative implementation and long-range planning.
• Strong business partnering skills to influence site performance and gross margins.
