What you will do

• Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and business insights to the General Manager and operations leadership.
• Manage variable labor planning to ensure cost-effective fulfillment operations.
• Oversee the monthly financial close process and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Support capital planning, including business case development and cost/benefit tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement in supply chain and operations.
• Perform risk and opportunity analyses to support resource allocation and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Information Systems required.
• 5+ years of related experience in operations, finance, or logistics.
• Must be able to work on-site at the fulfillment center.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, NAV, or Oracle.
• Advanced skills with relational databases like SQL or Access.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy.
