What you will do

• Execute a multi-channel paid marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
• Manage performance marketing budgets with a strict focus on ROI and cost-per-funded-account efficiency.
• Own performance reporting and track key KPIs to ensure continuous campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with brand and content teams to optimize creative assets for better performance.
• Ensure all performance marketing campaigns comply with FCA financial promotions rules and standards.
• Work with Design and Product teams to improve landing pages, app store journeys, and onboarding flows.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling paid media channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and CTV.
• Track record of managing six-figure budgets and delivering measurable growth.
• Deep understanding of attribution models and tracking tools such as GA4 and Appsflyer.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
• Must be based in or able to work from London or Southampton.
• Financial or fintech experience is highly preferred.

• Experience with app-first products and mobile acquisition strategies.
