What you will do
- Execute a multi-channel paid marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
- Manage performance marketing budgets with a strict focus on ROI and cost-per-funded-account efficiency.
- Own performance reporting and track key KPIs to ensure continuous campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with brand and content teams to optimize creative assets for better performance.
- Ensure all performance marketing campaigns comply with FCA financial promotions rules and standards.
- Work with Design and Product teams to improve landing pages, app store journeys, and onboarding flows.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling paid media channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and CTV.
- Track record of managing six-figure budgets and delivering measurable growth.
- Deep understanding of attribution models and tracking tools such as GA4 and Appsflyer.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
- Must be based in or able to work from London or Southampton.
- Financial or fintech experience is highly preferred.
