What you will do

• Own and execute paid acquisition strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Display channels.
• Plan and scale multi-million-pound performance marketing budgets to optimize CAC and LTV.
• Build and deploy LLM automation workflows to streamline campaign creation and audience management.
• Deploy and manage tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and custom pixels.
• Continuously test and optimize creatives, targeting, and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
• Analyze channel performance and report granular ROI impacts to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing within a high-growth startup or top-tier agency.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-pound paid media budgets.
• Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GTM, and GA4.
• Experience building automation loops (automated bidding, API-driven changes) and attribution modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Metabase; SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
• Must be based in London, England, United Kingdom (On-site).
