Paid Social Specialist (Marketing): Leading paid social strategy and optimizing performance for retail and fashion ecommerce brands with an accent on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Own and execute Paid Social strategy for a portfolio of 5-6 client accounts.
- Manage daily performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat to improve outcomes via continuous experimentation.
- Maintain high standards for campaign builds, QA, tracking hygiene, and budget pacing.
- Partner with account teams to translate performance results into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Stay current with platform updates to continuously sharpen technical craft.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in at least one of Pinterest or Snapchat Ads Managers.
- Previous experience working within an SME agency or for an ecommerce brand.
- Proven ability to improve performance through structured testing and insight-led optimization.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and converting it into practical actions.
- Effective communication skills for explaining the "why" and "what" of results to stakeholders.
