What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, including onboarding, trial experience, and product adoption.
• Partner with engineering leads to prioritize technical investments and establish delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to align onboarding flows.
• Drive technical decision-making for activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
• Conduct customer interviews and churn analysis to gather feedback on the trial experience.
• Drive native integrations with third-party developer platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.
• Strong background and expertise in Product Led Growth (PLG).
• Proven experience shipping self-service cloud services and trial products.
• Data-driven approach to product decisions, adoption, and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with globally distributed teams asynchronously.
• Must be based in Ireland

Nice to have

• Direct experience with hirify.globalsearch or similar search/database technologies.
• Background in product marketing.
• Experience with cloud service providers' marketplaces.
