What you will do
- Support the AI product roadmap and collaborate with Senior Product Leads to launch innovative AI features.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from requirements gathering through development, QA, and enhancement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scrum teams, facilitating sprint ceremonies and removing delivery blockers.
- Synthesize customer feedback, usage metrics, and competitive signals to inform feature prioritization.
- Conduct product demos and user research sessions to refine the product experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably within SaaS or tech start-ups.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload effectively and operate comfortably within ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical (AI/ML) and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with JIRA and product management tools such as Aha! and Confluence.
