Salary: €90,000–€100,000 base + 20% bonus

What you will do
- Lead the UK & Ireland product portfolio, owning direction, roadmap prioritization, and investment trade-offs.
- Translate overall product strategy into detailed roadmaps, discovery plans, business cases, and product requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Finance to ensure roadmap commitments are sequenced and delivered.
- Identify product opportunities and pain points using customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Guide agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
- Define and monitor success metrics to improve adoption, retention, revenue, and platform reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, platform, or technology.
- Experience owning a product portfolio in complex B2B, SaaS, fintech, travel, or payments environments.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ROI and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders across different regions.
- Experience partnering with agile software delivery teams to manage dependencies and releases.
- Ability to work onsite from the designated Dublin, IRL office location.
