What you will do

• Define the AI product vision and roadmap for AI workflows, agents, and orchestration systems.
• Conduct customer discovery and prospect interviews to validate AI use cases and ensure alignment with real-world needs.
• Translate validated insights into clear product specifications, reusable frameworks, and implementation blueprints.
• Prioritize product development based on evidence and strong product judgment.
• Collaborate with founders and engineers to align product direction with technical execution.
• Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to drive continuous product innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for AI products, developer tools, or technically complex platforms.
• Track record of shipping AI-powered features into production environments for real customers.
• Technical fluency in AI concepts such as LLMs, agents, orchestration, and system integrations.
• Strong customer discovery skills, including conducting interviews and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, early-stage, or high-growth product environments.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
