Location: Dublin, Ireland. Hybrid: must be in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Define the ICP and target audience for the Helpdesk product to guide GTM teams and sales plays.
• Lead positioning and messaging for the integrated Helpdesk + Fin platform from first principles.
• Build the narrative for an AI-first helpdesk era and establish hirify.global's unique market position.
• Partner with Product teams to communicate roadmap investment and progress to existing customers.
• Create high-impact PMM assets, including web pages, sales decks, and launch materials.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on messaging across the website, sales decks, and customer communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing with a track record of shaping complex product understanding.
• Experience owning a core product area end-to-end, from ICP and positioning to launch and enablement.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments where product shipping cycles are rapid.
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong editorial judgment.
• Technical curiosity and fluency in using AI tools to improve workflow and thinking.
• Capability to work independently on high-stakes strategic initiatives and build scalable messaging frameworks.
