What you will do
- Take ownership of a key product area, achieving results impacting user experience and commercial goals.
- Translate company strategy into product roadmaps and executable plans, aligning with senior business leaders.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to define, build, and launch features delivering measurable value.
- Leverage data analytics (GA4, SQL, Tableau) and user feedback to inform decisions and track success metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support adoption and business returns.
- Identify opportunities to enhance monetisation, marketplace efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in digital marketplaces, classifieds, or consumer platforms.
- Proven success driving commercial and user outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen understanding revenue generation, conversion, and business leverage.
- Ability to deliver within strategic direction, balancing creativity and priorities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL, GA4, or Tableau.
- Experience managing full product lifecycles with measurable results.
- Technical fluency for informed decisions with Engineering and Design.
