What you will do
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new logos and drive revenue growth in the ASEAN market.
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams to execute go-to-market strategies and penetrate key prospects.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Conduct business needs analyses and deliver high-level demos and proposals to C-level clients.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting and forecasting in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams including SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success to ensure seamless deal handovers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Deep knowledge of MarTech, CRM, Marketing Automation, and CMS technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quotas.
- Well-established presence and relevant network in the local ASEAN market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high-calibre presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sales.

- Experience in influencing and navigating complex RFP processes.
- Ability to act as a mentor or buddy for junior team members.
