What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, reusable backend services and libraries as the foundation for company-wide applications.
• Build and maintain tools to streamline development workflows and enhance developer experience.
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools for code generation, testing, documentation, and debugging.
• Drive cross-team technical projects to improve infrastructure scalability and reliability.
• Perform POCs on emerging technologies, including AI agents and platforms.
• Analyze and resolve complex production issues for a platform serving hundreds of terabytes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with large-scale systems, monitoring, and solving performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
