What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate IT infrastructure and business applications.
• Drive organizational AI initiatives by implementing AI-powered solutions and automating business processes.
• Manage complex cross-functional IT projects and execute cloud and business systems migrations.
• Own the administration, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise applications and corporate IT environments.
• Define IT standards, KPIs, SLAs, and operational goals for the department.
• Manage strategic technology partnerships, vendors, and software licensing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT teams and 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise system implementations and organizational migrations.
• Experience implementing AI solutions and automation platforms within an organization.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Jira, and modern SaaS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking, identity and access management (IAM), and endpoint management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
