What you will do

• Maintain and develop global IT assets, including systems, laptops, licenses, and cloud-based applications.
• Operate a high-efficiency help desk to support end-users globally.
• Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, and Security teams to implement and manage access policies.
• Configure users and devices using MDM tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, including availability, throughput, and latency.
• Lead system implementation and integration projects from planning to production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as a Senior IT Expert.
• Expertise in both Mac and PC installation and management.
• Strong familiarity with Azure cloud and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Advanced network management skills (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Firewalls, Switches).
• Experience with SSO protocols such as SAML, LDAP, and OpenID.
• Proficiency with MDM knowledge (Jamf, Intune).

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience as an IT Manager.
